Pilolux strives to deliver luxurious, handcrafted pillows and bean bags that exceed your expectations. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match your order, please follow the guidelines below.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective item, or one that doesn't match your order, contact us within 10 days of delivery with photo/video documentation.
Custom Products (Made to Order):
Due to their personalized nature, custom-designed pillows and bean bags are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Return Process:
Contact our customer support team at info@pilolux.com to initiate a return. Returns must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Refunds:
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process your refund within 15 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Order Cancellations:
Orders cancelled within 24 hours will receive a full refund. If cancellation occurs after production has begun, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
